@hustlersnthehood: Demond Crump spent 31 years hustling before this one. The Navy, car washes, concerts, real estate, and a move from New Orleans to Atlanta after Katrina with two days of clothes. Then his wife Qiana had a partial hysterectomy and the bleeding afterward was heavy. He went looking for a pad that could handle it and couldn't find one in any big box store. So he had a prototype made. It cost $6 and took a year to get to market. In 2019 the family launched Reign Premium Sanitary Napkins out of McDonough, Georgia. Today his wife and kids run it with him. His daughters Milan and Leah handle the business side, and his son Demond Jr. travels with them to every event. "As men, we understand the silent suffering that's been going on with these young girls and women right under our roof. We just didn't know." @reignpads #HustlersNTheHood
