It's true,hair does grow faster after you're cutting it, HOWEVER if you're trimming it too often your hair won't keep up with the length you're cutting no matter how fast it grows

Every hair is different, fine or thin hair need some trimming bc they tend to break more easily. If u don’t trim them they’ll just be long and unhealthy. Your hair is thick and that means it’s doesn’t need it as much. Thats good for you, but ur advice doesn’t occur for all hair types🥲

People don't say it make it grow faster, it's supposed to make it stronger and have less split ends, like when you cut your leg hair, it comes out thicker
