Tasks that once required constant manual entry and adjustment could suddenly be completed in moments. Microsoft was not simply selling spreadsheet software. It was selling time, accuracy, and a vision of the computer as an essential office tool. What looked revolutionary then is now so familiar that most people barely notice it. This is one of my favorite recipe INGREDIENTS:— Chicken (1 kg cut into medium pieces) Cumin ( 1 tbsp) Coriander whole( 1 tbsp) Cardamom ( 3-4) Ginger garlic paste (2 tbsp) Green chili ( 15-20) Black pepper ( 1 tsp) Clove( 8) Tomatoes ( 2 cut into cubes) Coriander leaves ( 1 bunch full ) Mint leaves ( 1/2bunch) Oil ( 1 cup) Onions (1 slice) Rice ( 4 cup) Salt ( according to your taste) FOR PULAO:— In a big pot add oil, fry sliced onions sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Add whole spices ( whole garm masala) , cardamom (4) stir continuously. Add chicken & potatoes cook for 4-5 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste.Now add tomatoes, green chilies, mint & coriander leaves bhonofying for only 2 minutes. Add hot water, add salt and let it boil for 5 minutes.Add pre soak rice and let it cook for 10 minutes or till all water evaporated and rice are cooked properly.
