My hypothesis: medullas sold their pizzas on consignment to Walmart. Meaning they dont get paid until they pizzas are actually bought by people at wal mart.

I filed a complaint to Walmart ethics committee at the Texas branches.

There's no way they agreed to wait 5+ months to get payment.

Not to mention medulla has false advertisement, claiming to be hand tossing these pizza crust, for all we know they go through a machine that makes them all flat and consistently the same shape and size.

I’d bet the business and payment agreement was for net 45 or net 60 days to pay. Over 5 months late on payment, there is certainly a problem.

What payment arrangement doesn't have them pay for 5 months? Sounds like lies

There is such a thing called net payment and can reach net 180, which is not common but for larger orders makes sense. 30K is large right? We don’t know how the contract was structured, it’s all opinionated assumptions for us in the social media world. College football is on today, let’s enjoy that!

another person reported that they were bought by Walmart. I wonder if they got the better quality pizza dough so that they could sell themselves to Walmart and then dip and they thought they could just vanish and then they'd be dealing with Walmart who wouldn't have been the one who signed the contract

The contractual agreement doesn't explain not keeping in touch with suppliers. Incomplete information goes both ways.

If they need a loan then they need to take out a loan. Not expect a small business to be on the hook. Not acceptable.

You’re just taking their word for it.. a massive company like that is t just going to “not pay”. It could have been based on sales.
