Use your compass app when apartment hunting! If a window is pointing south that means it gets the most sunlight. A north facing window gets no sunlight at all all year round!!! The windows in apt 2 look like north facing windows and they are depressing. It might look “bright” but that’s indirect light that looks terrible on camera. Trust me lol

You’re being too picky. Really great apartments under budget. Like it’s New York, by virtue of where you live, you put up with things that most people around the country don’t while paying way more. Like where I’m at, I have a three bedroom 2.5 bath and my mortgage is a third of what you pay for rent. Granted I don’t live in the NEW YORK CITY, but that’s the trade off.
