Mark :
Spirit versus the flesh! Jesus come to save souls, not bodies. The old nature, the flesh man, will sin to the day it dies.

Well not necessarily, the sin that you are witnessing is called dead works! Dead works is the manifestation of a person who has been delivered of sin but is trying to stop sinning! The fact that you are fighting sin puts you in a position where you fall from grace because now you are once again leaning upon your own self righteousness and not in the righteousness that was FREELY given unto you at the Cross when you believed and were sealed with the Holy Spirit! Breaking the commandments which was eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was not man’s original sin, the original sin was NOT BELIEVING God when He said that they would die if they ate from it! So it is so today! When you call yourself a sinner or look at others the same you are sinning against the blood of God and saying that God is once again a liar and so therefore you are fallen from grace and without dominion against the lusts of the carnal mind/flesh/old man! You literally are giving yourself up once again into error! But you are still not a sinner, you simply become a slave to your lack of understanding and become a temporal victim! But in the eyes of God you are still righteous because what He did on the cross stands, He remains faithful! You must learn to stand with Him against any imagination that exalts itself above His Knowledge that we have in Christ Jesus! Focus on Paul’s letters! Be blessed!

Let me tell y’all this, when I met my now wife, she was just a super sweet down to earth nice morally kind person. She was a non believer, and i strongly believe this in my heart, if you tell people just the basic info, that Jesus died on the Cross for everyones sins, including yours, even though you dont know him and you dont worship him, he still knows you and has a plan for you and a place for you in heaven. You can be the worst person in the world, but all that is forgiven and forgotten in the eyes of the Lord, because he loves you so much. What most people struggle to realize is that unlike any other religion, belief in Jesus is about building a relationship, you will be saved once you accept him in your heart, but your life and your love of the Lord will build the more you read the word, the more you pray, the closer you draw to the Almighty. My wife has been a believer since that day i told her this, and is one of the strongest believers I’ve ever known, and shes been saved for 10 years. The impact Jesus has on a person is so amazing. The take away from this should be God loves you, you are good enough, and read your bible folks, lets get close to the Lord especially in todays world. Keep up the great work Dynasty Brothers, and if you want to reach out feel free to follow so

Wow I was just trying to sort this out. I would summarize as: romans 6 says the sinner died and we were resurrected righteous with Christ. 1 John 1 says that we DO fall short but 1 John 3 is saying God doesn’t “count” those sins against us.

It is the power of God. Jesus Christ died for all sin…there is no more sin for the believer of the gospel, because the believer does not deny that he died for all sin. Does that mean to go out to sin, no. It means we try to live in the flesh for him that died for us. Will we continue to sin, but sin is dead to us that believe.

According to Scripture, the state of perfection and holiness required by God is not explained by the theory that all saved men are sinners and sin every day. (Luke 1:74-75; Rom. 6:1-23; 8:1-13; 12:1-2; 1 Cor. 1:18-30; 3:16-17; 6:9-20; 9:27; 2 Cor. 5:17-21; 6:14-18; 7:1; Gal. 5:16-26; 6:7-8; Eph. 4:22-24; 5:3-7; Col. 3:5-10; 2 Tim. 2; Tit. 2:11-15; Heb. 12:14; 1 Jn. 1:7-9; 2:29; 3:5-10; 5:1-4, 18).

1 John 1:8 The ONCE SAVE ALWAYS SAVED say we always have sin and all are sinners always. Many of the same pastors have alter callings for times of restoration where they proclaim 1 John 1:9 so all sins can be forgiven and God can cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Whats the point if they teach the prior scripture to mean we always have sin? Why are they 1 John 1:8 when you they are supposed to be 1 John 1:7? There is not a more common scripture ever used from the OSAS to prove sin won’t condemn them. But this contradicts all of 1 John. There are Five “If's” of the Human Experience from 1 John 1:6-10... And if you believe verse 8 means all are constantly in sin, then you have a problem of contradictions throughout the whole Bible, not just 1 John. NUmber 1 1. The hypocrite (1Jn. 1:6). If we say we know God and still walk in darkness, our sins prove we are liars. Number 2 2. The Christian (1John 1:7) If we walk in the light, we have fellowship with the Father and the Son and the blood of Jesus Christ keeps us cleansed from all sin. Number 3 3. The self-deceiver (1Jn. 1:8). If we say we have no sin to confess, that is, we are not sinners, we deceive ourselves because we know better; and we lie. Gnostics and other heretics deny that they are sinners and that Christ's death atones for sin. Number 4 4. The penitent sinner (1Jn. 1:9). If we confess our sins, that is, if we will be honest and acknowledge we are sinners (Rom. 3:23), God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Number 5 5. The willful rebel against God (1Jn. 1:10). If we say that we have never sinned, we make God a liar and His Word is not in us. In 1Jn. 1:8 the idea is of contending that we are not guilty before God; here it is that we were never guilty. So let’s look over 1 John 1:6-10, Christians are vs.9 in order to be a Saint or to become one against if sin is committed, and then hopefully verse 7 as well. People want to make verse 8 about every one when the five verses of 1 John 1:6-10 are different experiences and not inclusive on everyone. For instance, are you verse 6 written to hypocrites? Is everyone actually a hypocrite? Th
