Just push back the brake shoe on the right side a bit, there should be a spring on the bottom you could take off you need to or more room

Yeah I just did one the other day! I put the fork on before the spring. Fork first. Pull the other end and the boomarang bar end out towards you and they will kind of just pop together than install your spring at the top.
