In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. 2. Mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and dry vanilla pudding mix until fully combined. 3. Fold in the Cool Whip until light and fluffy. 4. Stir in most of the chopped Snickers, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts, reserving a little for garnish. 5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. 6. Top with the remaining chopped Snickers and chocolate chips. 7. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce. 8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture.
