I went from 6-7 day periods to 3 day periods once I quit using tampons. Let the flow fall naturally. Wear the period panties or use absorbent pads of your choosing. Let's stop putting chemical-soaked cotton up where the sun dont shine. 🥴😵

it isn't being blocked by a tampon it's still flowing out not forced to stay in. the tampon just like a pad holds the blood that's why it's absorbent 😂😂
