I’m 69 and been running to hot since 1976, that f’kin boiling hot year in the UK. I think my body thermostat broke that summer. Thank goodness we now have 7 months of rain wind & cold 😬

Nope. My brain shuts down and I become irrational and extremely irritated if I’m too hot. My husband and i literally have opposite ends of the house and 2 separate HVAC systems. He is always cold. Im always hot. Nothing to do with menopause. I have been this way my entire 64 years of life.

That sound awful. Poor thing..idk how you survived that long! I was taught from 2 years old onward that I must sit still. So I'm the opposite of you. I can sit still for 7 or 8 hours without even going to the bathroom or eating/drinking anything. And I'm always cold. 😂
