lets establish that 1 cup of apple cider vinegar is way to much for ones scalp I wouldn't use that exact recipe because 1 cup of apple cider vinegar is a lot for a scalp treatment, and sugar can scratch/irritate the scalp. A gentler version: Scalp scrub 1 tablespoon coffee grounds — preferably very finely ground 1 tablespoon sugar — finely granulated 2 tablespoons shampoo 1–2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, not 1 cup Wet your hair completely. Mix the ingredients immediately before use. Apply mainly to the scalp, not the lengths of your hair. Using your fingertips (not your nails), massage very gently for 30–60 seconds. Rinse extremely well with lukewarm water. Shampoo normally if your hair still feels gritty or oily. Follow with conditioner, especially on the ends. How often: About once every 2–4 weeks, rather than every wash.
