@39.weeks.6.days: After four doses of the contraction medication, Momma’s water finally broke. 💧❤️ Just a little earlier, it looked like we might be sent home. There wasn’t much change in her dilation, and there were still no signs that her water was going to break anytime soon. The doctor was preparing to send us home to wait a little longer. But then, suddenly, Momma’s water broke! Everything changed in that moment. Instead of going home, Momma was officially admitted and we continued with the labor process. We definitely weren’t expecting the day to take this turn, but we’re grateful for the progress.
