Of course he did. They didn't mention the fact that he can now tariff anyone, won't get rejected by the supreme court now. And there is language in here that says ALL sanctions on Russia will be dropped once Ukraine signs a peace deal. Might end the war sooner but it also makes it so Russia will go unpunished.
