@youthpastorryan: Need some good news? Well today it’s cat related! (Most days it’s cat related for me tbh) In Bolivia they just discovered a new cat species! They thought it was a regular kitten but turns out nope! Brand new little floof! Enjoy the new addition to the cat family! 🎥: @National Geographic

Gemini Lesbian :

What's crazier is, a guy found one, thought it was a stray cat, took it home and fed it.

K41t4str0phy :

the new cat is so adorable!!! it needs a boop

K :

How likely is it to rip off my face if I boop the snoot?

CatDaddyExtraordinaire :

New cats you say?

Sandry :

And for once they went straight to local indigenous people to ask if they knew about the cat and what they called it, and the indigenous name for it is now part of the official scientific nomenclature.

Oren-_- :

They also found an old piece of Homers Oddyssy!

plottwisted365 :

I liked that they asked the locals “do you already have a name for this kitty?” And incorporated the name in the scientific name

"dreams do come true"

Just_a_dumb@ss :

btw the cat is really tiny. The guy who found it thought it was a kitten, turns out it is fully grown. it also weighs about 3 pounds.
