I’ve been in the industry for 4 decades. Can’t count how many times I’ve heard “we are going to shut down till we get our way”. Hasn’t happened yet. I doubt this time will be different. Some trucks may park but that will just open up business for those that don’t. Major carriers aren’t going to park their trucks and risk losing major contracts. If this is going to work, Walmart, target, Costco etc will have to be on board.
