why do we experience hatred, greed, cruelty, and anxiety? Buddhism explains that these negative states are adventitious—meaning they are "visitors" or "incoming guests." They are not native to the heart. They arise because of ignorance (avijja). The Diamond Metaphor: A diamond dropped in the mud gets incredibly dirty, but the dirt never penetrates the crystalline structure of the diamond itself. Wash away the mud, and the diamond is as pure as it ever was. This directly opposes the teachings of the Bible. Ezekiel 13 says that telling people they are fundamentally fine and pure underneath is just prophesying out of your own heart. John 8:12-59 Jesus reveals the truth. Isaiah 28:8-22 Jesus is the cornerstone.

Buddhism is about mastering your human nature. christianity is saying your human nature is corrupt, and you need a christ or savior to help your spiritual well being, which would include an afterlife and an eternity. so where one is concerned about your flesh? The other one's concerned about your spirit primarily. so there's a big difference between worshipping god versus obeying man, people forget that buddha was just a guy.

Looked into Integral theory like AQAL by Ken Wilber. Consider the idea that religions are unlikely to be 100% false, even seemgly contradictory claims

I find it strange that you haven’t ever gotten into the integral philosopher Ken Wilber? He integrates all religions (or at least most) and philosophies into one amazing coherent system that makes sense. He also mentions that each religion has its own unique flavor in regards to Ultimate Reality, but they can be integrated, although the paths to the top of the mountain are from different sides of the mountain. Look into his work :)

The hardest part is that the logical arguments may be convincing, but there is no verifiable, repeatable, consistent evidence or test you can put a religion to which confirms it's validity.
