They didn’t delete it. You can report it and if it falls under certain parameters worthy of removing Google does…. Sometimes.

Ellen :
The business can't delete your review on Google. What they do is report the review and say it's violating Google policy. Google has an automated system that will approve or deny the business request (this is AI driven so not always a perfect tool). Repost your review with the date of purchase, photos or videos if you have them, and details of your order and experience. Do not include any personal attacks or names or specific employees. Do not include swears or derogatory language. If you really want it to stick, review some other local businesses. Google uses that to "prove" you aren't a bot account. Additionally - Seeing some comments saying two star reviews can't be removed. That's incorrect. The business can flag any review they want regardless of the star rating. Sincerely, Your friendly neighborhood digital marketer

My boyfriend used to live in a house behind Paul’s pizza and they had my car towed when I parked there one night when they weren’t even open

I ordered here in late August and the service was great. The delivery driver climbed up and down 50 steps to deliver to us and was so kind.

They would ask clients that didn’t have an issue with them to hurry up and go give them good reviews. You really can’t trust these reviews anymore.

Did you leave 1 star? You can remove 1 star reviews, but not 2 star. The More You Know. 👍

Maybe no :
You can’t delete Google review. You can flag it and have others flag it as well. With enough people they’ll remove it if it doesn’t fall within community guidelines. It’s kind of hard tho
