Drop the banks. Last week I had massive problems sending $39 from Australia to Pakistan. In the end I gave up. I got the idea to ask him if he has a crypto wallet. He said yes and I transferred the fund in 10 seconds with no questions asked and no details other than the wallet address. If everyone used crypto more, the banks would collapse.
