same thing happened to me! i was one of the first to order when they dropped their new collection. choose the london plaid case and it was almost a week since i ordered and i never got no notification of shipping . i emailed twice and they ignored my comments on the lives too. until finally they hit me with the unfortunately the item was sold out like what?? so unprofessional and a fraud

Been ordering for years from them with no issues. I always order on their site though. The site always says if it’s sold out and doesn’t let you purchase it. If I see something I like on live I immediately go to their site

I ordered on the 9th and on the 10th, a day or two before the bogo sale, the one from the 9th arrived on Tuesday and I’m still waiting for the one from the 10th. They got back to me with an apology and a $15 coupon but I’m still waiting.
