Here is everything I’ve been taking and doing for my hair, including the products that I’ve used 👇🏻 Morning: - Vitamin D3 Supplements (5000 IU) - Folate & Vitamin B12 - Brewers Yeast - 1 mg oral Finasteride - 5% Topical Minoxidil (1ml) with fingers Evening: - 5% Topical Minoxidil (1ml) with fingers That’s it. I don’t use any micro needling, I just massage the minoxidil gently on the areas that I want to target. Hair wash: Every 3 days - Double Shampoo on roots + Conditioner on mids & ends (Caffeine line by and this is still not sponsored or anything but I did receive the products for free Every product except for hair care has been recommended by a dermatologist after bloodwork was done to target deficiencies and hair loss To avoid any confusion, in my original video about hair loss I was in denial of any genetic problems and there is no shame to that, we all evolve at different speeds and stages and you will have your own experience. Take care of yourself, talk to professionals, do regular bloodwork, and do not take internet strangers advices as an unshakable truth, yes that means even my own, we are all humans with our own differences experiencing a similar issue, everything will be okay.
