We bought a 1920 house & the previous owners left us a cedar chest & dresser from 1958!!! Still has the original warranty tags in it & everything. So cool.

My husband and I left a VHS tape in our first house, vaguely titled "Chris and Cody." We thought it would be funny to allude to it being a private tape. Really, it's a small, throw together video of renovations done to the house, the blueprints, and where utilities lie. Whoever bought a lake house, in East Texas in 2022, will hopefully find it as funny as we did.
