It’s the most frustrating thing in the world when your mother invalidates you. I have a lot of experience with my mom saying, “I never had these issues” or “my kids never kid that” …I’m so sorry. It’s so hard being a new mom but you are doing amazing

This video made me tear up… Postpartum is honestly so tough. The stress of nonstop hair fall, and feeling overlooked by family — only those who’ve lived it know how heavy it is. I dealt with this too after my little one, tried tons of stuff with zero luck. Switched to Snowlook shampoo, just simple normal washes, no fancy steps. Less hair shedding over time, such a gentle change. Wish I found it earlier 🤍🤍

no, you're not over reacting. I had two big bald spots where all my baby hairs are now. I took hair vitamins and used growth oil- refused to leave the house until I felt more confident. I get it+!^
