It has a brake, 360 swiveling front wheels 🛞 that don’t feel cheap… when I say it goes through the store, it glides!! It has a stability rod that you place under the stop shelf, and has 2 collapsible baskets. Holds up to 200 pounds. Literally takes 20 seconds to set up and 20 seconds to collapse… I timed it, without rushing. Great for apartment living if you have an elevator or you walk to stores a lot.
