I’m finally back at it yall! Meet my sweet girl, 🦋BonnieBlue💙 She is my newest patchwork skirt!! She’s made from what once was a pair of Levi’s (denim blue jeans) and some beautiful remnants of blues and yellow that i inherited from my mother-in-law's quilting fabric collection. On the mannequin I’ve paired her with a soft peachy pink spaghetti strap top, but she works with all kinds of colors and is perfect for summer!! Throw on a cute sandle or flop, or even some cute little keds and shes ready to head out the door! I plan to make her available in my shop soon as part of my first actual clothing collection!! My goodness though, I’m so tempted to keep her!! I love her so much!! If you’re not new here, lol you know I’m always in love with pretty much everything I make! 😍 but isn’t that the point? I design and sew my own clothes because I had an idea, or two, or three that I loved so much, I had to create it!! And now I’m planning to share them with you too!! I work with all sustainable materials. Nothing has been purchased new. It’s all about building something new through ✨transformation ✨ Remember, no two items are the same. Everything I make is a one-of-a-kind!.
