Recovery means I get to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day 🍔🤍 One of my favorite parts of recovery is getting to actually participate in things like this again. 🥹🤍 So tonight we’re celebrating with a burger from one of my local favorites, Burger Social! I got the Mormon Burger: smash patty, pastrami, Swiss, sauerkraut, burger spread + onion bun.. and added mushrooms because… obviously. YUM 😂🍄 And before anyone asks: yes, I took the top bun off! I prefer my sandwiches open-faced because of my autism and sensory preferences. I’ve shown this in some of my other videos too! 🫶 A burger. A food holiday. These might seem like little things, but for me, they’re recovery wins. 🩷 Happy National Cheeseburger Day! 🍔✨

I have been watching your videos and I would like to ask you something if you don't mind. How did you find out you were having heart problems? I found out last year that I have heart disease and I restricted myself so much I'm afraid I did damage to my heart. I'm so proud of you. ❤️
