question. have you ever thought to take a breast from a broiler chicken and a slow grown pasture raised chicken and send identical samples to a laboratory for mineral testing + vitamin/amino-acid/fatty-acid analysis? im really curious and cant find any research online about it!! it would be iconic for you to do so since you have the capability!

2 questions: 1. Why is everyone saying to not eat chicken, is there something wrong with the chicken at fast food and grocery stores? 2. Do local farms follow the same guidelines for food safety? Like the FDA? I guess I am asking, how do we know the local farms are giving us what they say they are giving us?
