although it's beautiful, I think it's time for Jim Thorpe to come off the list. at least for long distances. I live about an hour and 20 minutes away. you can see the whole thing in 45 minutes. if you have a meal, maybe drag it out to 90 minutes. but there's always such a crowd, not enough to do, parking becomes an issue ... just no longer worth the drive. if you are close, probably much better return on investment of time.
