i was obsessed with making a sour cream sauce, with green salsa, jalapenos, onions, lime juice, salt n pepper blend it a bit in blender. and dip breaded fried shrimp, tacos or put it on the taco or use it for chip and dip or nachos.

That looks so good! I make my tortilla with a little olive oil and graded Parmigiano or without, but what you did works.

You have to put an inch of oil in the pan and throw a corn tortilla on top of it then you put your toppings in there fold it over and keep frying on each side
