@channel408_bayarea: 📍10th & San Fernando 📍Downtown San Jose San Jose Fire E3 @sjfdofficial @sanjosefirefighters , San Jose Police san_jose_police responded to a vehicle vs bicyclist collision across San Jose States Campus on 10th Street. The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene along with a witness . Both the witness and drivers story nearly matched . The bicyclist was asked plenty of time to make his hands visible to officers as he was very aggressive and hostile towards the driver . Due to that nature , Pd detained the gentleman . It is unknown what’s going to happen whether or not the bicyclist receives a citation or actually gets taken to jail . The driver has been cleared from the scene. Channel408 wants to make it clear that physical assault of anyone isn’t tolerated . Please behave yourself
