I asked for YEARS. This year my doctor finally agreed. UTIs are gone. Frozen shoulder is finally improving. I’m hoping it helps with bone density but too soon to tell (I have osteopenia). Also can FINALLY sleep. Now working on testosterone and local estrogen to see if it reduces pain.

My friends who were on iud COASTED thru peri/meno. Nary a peep of symptoms.
