During this show, Elvis sang songs like "Unchained Melody" "And I Love You So" and "My Way" for the very last time live, in my opinion, each time Elvis performed "Unchained Melody", it got better! The footage right here is also some of the best Fan Shot footage I know of, I cant confirm this but it might be 16mm (pro), this footage only runs for about 2 minutes, sadly Now, the final Elvis show! The show itself was quite special on its own, it had the first performance of "I Can't Stop Loving You" in two years! (Previous performance was on July 1st 1975) the song started with a false start, after which it continued like it did two year prior, but the ending with that '77 voice is just beautiful! After "I Can't Stop Loving You" Elvis performed "Bridge over Troubled Water", it was the third performance of the song that year, the only time he sang it prior to this show were April 29 and May 27, during all of these three performances Elvis had to read the lyrics off of an sheet so he could even sing it!
