Realistically, nobody wanted him bcs he's a walking liability. He's a glass canon, and the way he thinks is rash, he's gonna try to save everyone and end up injured beyond function. And Pro heroes didn't want none of that, bcs they care too much of their image and money during the time before Stain got to hunting them 😭
