As someone who has used Salesforce for over 10 years now, I can say itโs an incredibly powerful, yet convoluted, tool that is way overhyped by their leadership and over promises and under delivers. However, if you have an IT team that knows the platform up and down, you can basically get it to do anything. I feel like most people who hate it barely scratch the surface.

It does about a million things that nobody really uses or truly understands. Worked for a few companies who were spending crazy amounts on licenses pretty much just to be able to log customer details and interactions, sales pipelines and integrate with their phone system and that was it. Always preferred HubSpot personally.
