I was informed in court by a lawyer, a DA and a judge, we are not required to give an address or phone number. But, if we do not and the court tries to contact us to change a court date or something and we did not give the information and miss that court date, a warrant can still be issued for failing to appear. It was my choice not to give the info not the courts to make sure they have it or it is accurate.
