As a former anxious attachment girly YES, IT REALLY IS THAT ANNOYING. The worst thing you can do in a healthy relationship, romantic or not, is sabotage it because your brain is telling you smt. You don't need reassurance every day, you don't need to talk 24/7, and you fs dont need to fall asleep on ft.
