@thecaseroom.daily: This body-cam footage is hard to watch knowing the full story. Eli Hart was just 6 years old when police pulled over his mother, Julissa Thaler, and noticed a bullet hole in the windshield and possible blood inside the car. The next day, investigators found Eli in the trunk. In 2023, Thaler was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole. Eli had previously been removed from her care and later returned, which left so many people asking how the system failed him. He deserved to be safe. Rest in peace, Eli. #murder #domesticabuseawareness #truecrime #bodycamfootage #bodycam [body cam footage, body cam, pulled over, police footage, guilty, domestic violence awareness, child endangerment, investigation, kidnapping, arrest, family crime]
