hey ciara!! i recently bought the last therapy australia eyelash serum with the subscription thing not realising the subscription cost is the amount i payed for the products i bought. i’ve emailed them a couple times to try and cancel the subscription but they said its a minimum of 3 orders through the subscription before cancelling is available. i’m just a little confused on how it works, as an example, if i were to buy 2 more products to make up for the 3 required minimum products, would i be able to cancel the subscription after that or do i have to wait for the monthly subscription fees to come through and then buy? if you know anything please lmk!!
