i told my sons ped that he starts in the bassinet but by morning he’s in bed with me and i expected judgement and instead she just told me to follow safe sleep 7 and it’s okay. anxiety relieved lol

I bed shared with my 1st and still do sometimes and was fully prepared to bed share with my 2nd but my 2nd will sleep anywhere and she sleeps like a rock. 10 days old and sleeps 3+hrs at a time at night compared to my first that clusterfed every 30 min to an hour for 4 months straight 🙃

She slept in the bassinet the first two weeks. Her father put her down on the bed once. It took another 4 weeks to get her used to the bassinet again. 🥲

For the first 14 weeks she would scream if I even thought about putting her in the bassinet so the big bed it was. Now she’ll do a 3-5 hour stretch in it and then when she wakes up for her change and feed at around 2 she’s gotta be put in the big bed and I honestly don’t care, her space is always clear

3 months and she has slept next to me since maybe week 3 lol. I needed rest to be able to make milk for her. Her pediatrician told me it’s not safe but she does it too lol. Idc tho my baby sleeps through the night from 8pm-9am
