Honestly, I don’t care. I like being uninvolved very much, no drama, just minding my own business. its very peaceful. I’ve learned that keeping personal relationships with coworkers can blur boundaries and respect. So i advice keep distance, keep ur boundaries high, and always just be polite not friendly, respect and not gossip anyone.

I don't truly understand cuz I'm the most understanding and kind person you will ever meet. Like everyone outside my department and back home has no problem with me but at work😳 I'm tired of explaining and now everything is wrong with me. I'm just glad they can't complain about my work
