How are you already 14? 🥺 Having you at 17 years old was the biggest blessing I could have ever asked for, and somehow 14 years have gone by in what feels like the blink of an eye. I could sit here and list a million things I’m proud of you for, but what makes me the proudest is simply the person you are. You have the most beautiful heart. You are smart, funny, caring, thoughtful, and truly one of the sweetest souls. I would love to take credit for the person you’ve become, but the truth is, so much of that is just you. You’ve always had such a naturally kind and loving heart, even when you were little. Watching you grow up has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I’m so proud of the young woman you’re becoming, but there are definitely days I wish I could have my little girl back for just a minute. These 14 years have been beautiful, chaotic, full of laughter, tears, memories, growing pains, and so much love. And when people tell you that it goes by fast, believe them. It really does. One minute they’re little and you feel like you have all the time in the world, and then somehow you’re celebrating their 14th birthday.
