Not everybody who contributes to the success of a church stands on the pulpit. There are ushers who arrive early, leave late, welcome congregants, maintain order and perform countless duties without ever expecting applause or recognition. I am particularly interested in those humble DIE-HARDS FROM THE EARLY DAYS — people who were there when the journey was still difficult, who believed in the vision before the crowds became enormous and who continued serving through every season. Their contribution forms part of the beautiful history of what UFIC has become today. Even the Holy Bible reminds us that GOD DOES NOT FORGET OUR WORK AND THE LOVE WE SHOW THROUGH SERVING OTHERS. Material things can never repay genuine service to GOD, but there is also something beautiful about recognising people who have dedicated years of their lives to a worthy cause. Let these vehicles therefore be accepted simply as A TOKEN OF LOVE AND APPRECIATION.
