I just found out yesterday that my Mom had died. We were estranged for the last year and the way I forgive her and still love her is to see her as a little girl. We're all programmed in fear and her parents programmed her in fear, so you're right. Your words are wise. Forgiving them and seeing them as a child in fear really helps.

my Dad left 3 years ago and I can't even say the "D" word because it's too painful we were inseparable❤️I think of him all the time it's sad when I hear others not being so fortunate to have a close or good relationship but the good is if one can forgive you come from your Dad so let him rest ❤️🫂
