I will never understand why they allow kids to drive these things. It’s just like driving a car with no drivers license. They don’t pay attention. They’re driving extremely fast and sometimes a driver cannot see them because of the speed there doing.

My condolences to the family! Yes! there are mistakes in life but some takes your life other takes your health, other takes your freedom this is a warning and a lesson to all kids and parents, to talk as a family about responsibilities and respect to rules. RIP to this young soul!!
