She had already vomit, so the driver should have exit the frwy, pulled into the gas station, let them off or call it in, to see if anyone else would pick them up but to leave them in the frwy just like that is wrong !!!

Also uber has an option to decline ride due to intoxication I don’t do it because I rather take them home safe I would not be able to live knowing I rejected someone maybe get got hurt or you know for SA, and I will get $250 is what we get a good car wash is about $50-60 rest is your paid for the day! Plus all the ones I had in that condition been the nicest very generous riders one guy hit me a coffee a croissant. Water and tip! For taking him home safe when 3 uber drivers rejected him, I’m not saying go pick up intoxicated riders noo if you don’t feel safe just drive slowly observe you think to intoxicated then decline before you get to them.

Omg, I was an uber driver, in one occasion a boyfriend threw the girl drunk AF in my car to stay with the girls "best friends" according to the girl she passed out on my car and I stayed with her until 6;40 in the morning when she woke up we were both asleep in parking lot of her apartment complex, I would never leave a girl by her self if I felt they were not safe, I gave many free rides to girls in OC and LA county I drove for uber since 2017 until 2024.

I remember one day I guess the address was wrong and it was raining and I told the guy this is the wrong address and he told me get the fuck out before I sting you with my stinging gun. It was yelling at me and I got scared I got off. In the rain ☔️😂

My condolences to your family. I am an Uber and a Lyft driver and that is not what we’re supposed to do. That was not a Uber issue. I do apologize sincerely that driver I hope and pray has been banned to drive for Uber or anywhere else we do have the option to decline people if we feel that they are extremely intoxicated so I don’t understand why that driver even picked up your beautiful daughter may her soul rest in paradise, but my condolences and I pray that this does not happen to anyone else.

The things I have done as a driver to make sure people get home safely, this makes me so mad! We know this is a hazard of the job, I keep barf bags, but luckily never had someone use them. People need to start reporting drivers, cause I have heard some horror stories!
