The 1st officer didn’t do much investigating.. just falling on their understanding of the law .. what was the reason for the detainment? And the handcuffs an taking his property… when the second set of police officers turned up an told them in the building the …LAW .. not fillings it was sorted out after investigation of both side .. yet when he approach the 1st of officer they got irritated an threats of arrest for no crime.?
