If I remember correctly an officer can only stop a motorcycle rider to check to see if he has a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement, not motorcycle vehicle (Car/truck)

Had same shit happen to me. Guy rolled up and said I was speeding. I said how you know it was me, if a group of people came over the hill on a 4 lane road? He said radar was accurate. I pointed to camera on dash, said let’s get this ticket going because this camera is recording entire interaction plus records my speed, direction, and time of day. I will see your ass in court, without hesitation he said have a good day and walked off.
