I was there and I was stunned. 4 songs compared to how much time the other performers got was horrible. But either HYBE/BTS negotiated for the shorter set given their travel/schedule, or iHeart imposed it. We don't know, but it was a ripoff.

I believe they are payed per song at iheart so that price would have been set by hybe and 17 minutes is what the festival could afford
