Cranberry Jalapeño Dip (Costco dupe) This is for everyone who makes a Costco run specifically for THIS dip. Ingredients: Cranberry mixture- * 12 oz frozen cranberries, thawed and well drained * 1 jalapeño, seeded and roughly chopped * 3 green onions, roughly chopped * 2 tbsp fresh cilantro * 1/3 cup granulated sugar * 1 tbsp fresh lime juice * 1 tbsp fresh orange juice * 1/4 tsp kosher salt Creamy base- * 16 oz cream cheese, softened * 1/4 cup sour cream * 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese Instructions: 1. Thaw the cranberries completely. Gently pat them dry with paper towels. 2. Add the cranberries, jalapeño, green onions, cilantro, sugar, lime juice, orange juice and salt to a food processor. 3. Pulse until finely chopped but still slightly chunky. Don’t puree it into a smooth sauce. 4. Transfer the cranberry mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight. 5. After chilling, transfer the mixture to a fine-mesh strainer and let any excess liquid drain off. Don’t press it aggressively—you want to remove excess liquid without squeezing out all the flavor. 6. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the sour cream and Parmesan until completely combined. 7. Fold the cranberry mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well-combined. 8. Refrigerate for another 30–60 minutes before serving. Serve chilled with crackers, toasted baguette, crostini, or pita chips. #cranberry #dips #fallrecipes #appetizers #EasyRecipe
