They give nurse is way too many patients any medication that is crucial even diabetic should have two nurses double checking. Or don’t give the nurse so many patients we don’t even get paid that much. Maybe the CEO can take a little less money.

Recently my father had heart failure with many other health issues. The nurses are assigned four patients, the care he received I dont know how they manage to take of all of their patients. They do a lot and have a lot on their plate

The hospital should have been accountable for this as well! They over work nurses, give them to many patients and half the time the Pyxis needs to be override for emergencies.

Amen my Doughter is a nurse and they work so much with little or no help. Many times with patients that need to be in ICU not her floor with a total of six other very sick patients.
