The law has determined it’s not unreasonable for a driver to pull over in a what they feel is safe area obviously he didn’t feel safe pulling over where he did so he decided to go to his grandfather’s place where he felt it would be safer. maybe he was afraid that the police were gonna do something and that’s why he felt unsafe obviously he was right to feel that way and justified in his actions

If you’re driving and get pulled over and you decide that you wanna go a couple extra blocks to be in front of somebody else’s house how’s the cop supposed to know that how’s the cop doesn’t know that you’re going to park in front of the gang that you belong to his house. So the driver could be driving the cops into an ambush.
